Our Fabrication Workshop located in Teluk Kalong Yard Kemaman, which is able to support our Piping and Structural Steel Works including painting, blasting, warehousing with a capacity of 35,000 DI/Year for Piping Work and 500Tons/year for Structural Steel Work. We are also providing yard facilities Offices Rental and Warehouse Rental for client site office.

EOG and its highly-experienced team provides Hook-up and Commissioning (HUC) services for existing facilities in the oil and gas industry. We deliver a full work scope capability across major HUC platforms. We have completed major brownfield projects for various oil and gas operators for Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (PCIC).

Pre-commissioning can be described as the activities and procedures performed on a pipeline based on process module, to provide assurance that the component parts are leak-free and are in a suitable state of cleanliness and readiness as a precursor to commissioning the system and long-term operation.

EOG offer complete range of services of pre-commissioning works which include Pressure Testing, Hydro testing, Dewatering and Chemical Cleaning.

Commissioning is a critical stage in the life of any facility. The process may be thought of as a series of vital checks that are undertaken before actual operation begins. Our complete commissioning services play an important role in minimizing project risks and achieving performance goals right from the start.

Turnaround maintenance requires periodical plant shutdown and usually will be done on a planned basis. Scope would cover cleaning and up keeping of the plant and maintaining equipment that cannot be serviced during normal operation, and debottlenecking projects. Our capacity is up to 500 men/day.

EPIC Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd (EOS) offers threading services for Premium Connections ranging sizes from 2-3/8” to 20” across VAM Family (VAM ACE, VAM TOP, DINO VAM, VAM HP, VAM TOP HC, VAM TOP HT, VAM FJL, VAM 21 & VAM 21 HT), HUNTING Family (SL-APEX, SL-HT, SL-HC, SL-FLUSH & SL-BOSS), NSPJ Family (NS-CT and NS-CC) and as well as DWC/C connection.

For API Connections, it caters API Spec 5CT includes of BUTTRESS, EUE and NUE connections and API Spec 7 specified for Rotary Shouldered Connections such as REG, NC(IF) and FH.

The services offered by EOS are tubular pipe and accessories inspection (Visual Body Inspection (VBI) and Visual Thread Inspection (VTI), cleaning (ID and OD Cleaning using mechanical), Preservation (ID and OD Coating), maintenance and etc.

EOS also offered a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services which covers all forms of all equipment from crown of the rig to the bottom of the bit. These services include Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Testing (DPI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Visual Inspection. Besides, our company also provide mechanical testing such as Lifting Testing, Lifting Equipment Inspection, Full Body Harness Inspection, Pull Testing and Pressure Testing.

EOS Equipment Rental segment provides rental services for Rotary Equipment and Cargo Handling Equipment (CHE). Rotating Equipment includes Welding Machine, Genset, Air Compressor and After Cooler. For CHE, it includes container, cargo basket, spool basket, trash basket and double deck pallet in many sizes and in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 and BSEN 12079. The units are supplied with certified slings and shackles as standard.

EOS are licensed by Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) to operate on scrap purchase and disposal throughout Peninsular Malaysia. Our storage yard located within Kemaman Supply Base and shall support every scrap disposal required in the base.

EPIC Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd machine shop provides a range of services catering to machining requirements of oil and gas business. Our services covers fabrications of OCTG accessories, repairing of drill pipes, threading of drilling equipment, perforated pipes, flanges and other general machining needs Our facilities are fully-equipped with gear such as CNC and manual lathe machines, milling machine, power drill machine and sawing machine.

A new business segment offered by EOS is Integrated Scheduled Waste Management. We are licenced by Department of Environment (DOE) to operate as offsite scheduled waste storage facilities in Kemaman Supply Base (KSB). Our services include Storage facilities, Scheduled Waste Inventory Management System and Repackaging.
