PV Drilling VI (PVD 6), under the supervision of Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling), has safely arrived and docked in the MTRA Area-A, Kemaman Anchorage, Kemaman Port at 10:30 AM Malaysian time, two days ago.

Officially launched in February 2015, the jack-up PV DRILLING VI is the latest generation of its kind, an upgraded version of the MOD V B CLASS design by Keppel FELS. PVD 6 is capable of drilling up to 30,000 feet in water depths of up to 400 feet and is equipped with various advanced technical features.

The rig is scheduled to remain at Kemaman Port for approximately 21 days. During this period, the PVD 6 team will conduct preparation tasks and maintenance activities facilitated by Eastern Pacific Marine Services Sdn Bhd (EPMSSB) to ensure its operational efficiency.
