Pangkalan Bekalan Kemaman Sdn Bhd (PBKSB), a subsidiary of EPIC Berhad, inked Facilities, Services, and Rental Agreements with nine Petroleum Agreement Contractors (PACs). The strategic collaborative event which took place at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur was graced by State Welfare, Women and Family Development, and National Unity Committee Chairman as well as PBKSB Chairman YB Haji Hanafiah bin Mat alongside PBKSB and PBK Supplies and Services Sdn Bhd (PBKSSSB) Directors.
During the agreement signing sessions with all PACs, PBKSB was represented by EPIC Group Chief Operating Officer Haji Muhtar bin Suhaili and Acting General Manager Encik Suhardi Akil bin Awang @ Hassan, in the presence of YB Haji Hanafiah and EPIC Group Chief Executive Officer Encik Ridzuan bin Ali. EPIC Group Chief Financial Officer Encik Wan Mohd Azilah bin Wan Abdullah, management team and representatives from the Unit Perancang Ekonomi Negeri (UPEN) Terengganu were also in attendance.
As a fully-integrated oil & gas supply base facilities provider, PBKSB is committed to continuously improving its service quality and enhancing the digitalisation of its operations, while at the same time introducing new initiatives, and upgrading its existing facilities to better serve all PACs.
These improvements and developments bode well with the Group's unwavering resolve to realise a green port powered by renewable energy, further echoing the United Nations' Net Zero Carbon Emission by 2050.
