Empowering Excellence: EPIC Berhad Hosts Strategic Roles for Board of Directors' Workshop

EPIC Berhad organised the "Workshop on Strategic Roles for Board of Directors" at Permai Hotel, Kuala Terengganu, involving the Board Members of EPIC Berhad and its subsidiaries, as well as several companies under the Terengganu Inc Group. Also present to participate in the interactive sharing sessions were EPIC Group Management Committee and its management line-up.
The workshop, which was coordinated by the Legal and Secertarial Department, covered various topics including corporate governance, responsibilities of Board Members, key components of financial statements, financial position evaluation of the company, and several other important key items to ensure sustainable company growth.
