The East Coast Energy 2025 (ECE 2025), an energy transition summit in Malaysia’s east coast region, is set to establish Terengganu as a future-ready hub for energy transition.
Organised by Informa Markets, ECE 2025 is scheduled to take place from 23 to 24 June 2025 at the Pusat Konvensyen Taman Tamadun Islam in Kuala Terengganu, with the support of Terengganu Inc as Strategic Partner, EPIC Berhad as Corporate Partner, and PETRONAS as Knowledge Partner.
Speaking at the press conference held yesterday to promote the event, Deputy State Secretary (Development) and Director of Terengganu State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN) YBhg. Dato' Haji Tun Ahmad Faisal Tun Abdul Razak, President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Terengganu Inc YBhg. Dato’ Haji Burhanuddin Hilmi Mohamed as well as Projects, Technology and HSSE Senior Vice President of PETRONAS Ir. Mohd Yusri Mohamed Yusof expressed strong confidence that ECE 2025 will emerge as a platform to accelerate innovation across the energy ecosystem, uniting industry players, policymakers, and energy stakeholders, particularly within the East Coast region and ultimately across Malaysia.
