The first session of EPIC Group Townhall 2024 took place earlier today, bringing together employees both online and offline for a comprehensive overview of the 2023 performance and the strategic direction for the current year.
Kicking off the townhall session, Group Chief Financial Officer Encik Wan Mohd Azilah Wan Abdullah provided insights into the Group's financial performance while Group Chief Operating Officer Haji Muhtar Suhaili provided in-depth operational updates.
At the same event, employees had the chance to ask questions and provide feedback, facilitating an interactive dialogue between the leadership team and the workforce. Following this engaging interaction, Group Chief Executive Officer Encik Ridzuan Ali delivered a concluding speech, encapsulating the essence of the shared insights.
The session ended with the Cost Optimisation Award 2023 and Best Employee Award 2023, acknowledging subsidiaries and outstanding employees who demonstrated exemplary performance throughout the previous year.
