EPIC Berhad last Wednesday organised the “BE FACT: Transforming Self, Team & Organisation” forum in conjunction with its "EPIC Master Plan 2026–2030 Away Day" (EMP 2630) programme at Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort.

Moderated by Group Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili and broadcast live to all members of the Group, the session featured a special guest speaker, Cypark Resources Berhad Chairman YBhg. Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar, who shared valuable insights and experiences on leadership and organisational transformation.

During the sharing session, YBhg. Tan Sri Abdul Wahid drew from his extensive leadership experience to offer deep perspectives on transformation and strategic development towards building a well-rounded and resilient organisation.
