With that, the EPIC Group Management Committee (GMC) has taken an initiative by giving the opportunity to 42 contract employees from PBKL Company to be absorbed into permanent positions for the position of Base Operator. These selection criteria are based on more than 7 years of work experience. Assessment is made based on the quality and performance of the individual, commitment given while working, discipline and timeliness of working hours.

The Handover Ceremony of the Permanent Appointment Letter was presented by Encik Mohd Sukeri bin Muhammad, General Manager of Human Resources and Administration of EPIC Group, witnessed by Encik Noor Tuah bin Jaafar, Chief Operating Officer of EPIC Group accompanied by Tuan Syed Abdullah bin Syed Omar, General Manager of Supply Base Kemaman Sdn Bhd. Also present were Encik Wan Mohd Azilah, EPIC Group Chief Financial Officer and Encik Rusdi bin Ngah, General Manager, EPIC Group Strategic Communications.
