EPIC Berhad was honored to be the main contributor to the construction of the Sa'ad Ibnu Abi Waqqas Mini Astaka at Sekolah Menengah Agama Ittifakiah in Jerteh, Terengganu yesterday. The donation provided by the company is part of the EPIC Celik corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at assisting schools in Terengganu that require support to upgrade their facilities, thus creating a conducive learning environment with the objective of improving the learning process.

The construction of the astaka incurred a total cost of RM144,000 was officiated by the Chairman of PIBG SMA Ittifakiah YB Senator Dato’ Senator Haji Husain Awang together with the Principal of SMA Ittifakiah Hajah Siti Halimah Sidek. Representing the company at the inauguration was General Manager Human Resources and Administration Encik Mohd Sukeri Muhammad.
