Velesto Energy Berhad’s Naga 2 drilling rig has safely arrived and berthed at the West Wharf, Kemaman Port to undergo a scheduled maintenance programme as part of its technical readiness in preparation for the next phase of operations.

To support the execution of these works, Eastern Pacific Marine Services Sdn Bhd (EPMSSB), a subsidiary of EPIC Berhad, has been appointed to provide technical support and comprehensive maintenance services. Backed by a highly skilled and experienced workforce, all work scopes will be executed in a systematic and controlled manner.

The maintenance programme is underpinned by structured operational planning, efficient resource management, and strict adherence to the approved work schedule, ensuring the rig is restored to optimal operational condition prior to its redeployment to the field.
