EPIC Berhad and its subsidiary, Pangkalan Bekalan Kemaman Sdn Bhd (PBKSB), yesterday held an official working visit to Mutiara Perlis Sdn Bhd (MPSB). The visit aimed to explore strategic partnership opportunities, leveraging the strengths of both organisations to enhance their standing in the industrial and integrated logistics sectors while rallying for sustainable growth.

The delegation led by EPIC Berhad Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili, was warmly welcomed by MPSB Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Encik Wan Ahmad Zaheed Wan Mohamad. Also present were Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) Executive Director, YM Raja Shahreen Raja Othman, and Menteri Besar Incorporated (MBI) Perlis Chief Executive Officer, Encik Zulkafli Ahmad.

The agenda featured a detailed briefing on the Chuping Valley Industrial Area and the Perlis Inland Port (PIP), followed by an on-site tour of the PIP construction site and the proposed development area for the Perlis Maritime Corridor (PMC). Exchanges made during the visit highlighted PIP’s operational model and integrated logistics services, boosted by the seamless integration of rail, road, and maritime transportation networks.
