EPIC Berhad participated in the National OGSE Industry Blueprint 2021-2030 Mid-Term Review, held at the Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur. Organised by Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC), this initiative aims to assess the progress of Malaysia’s OGSE industry and refine its strategic direction for the years ahead.

At the event, EPIC Berhad was selected as one of the early adopters of MPRC’s Regional Champions Programme, further solidifying its role in advancing the OGSE sector. This strategic government initiative aspires to develop 20 companies, each valued at RM1 billion and with international operations by 2030, in alignment with Malaysia’s broader OGSE sector development agenda.

As a symbolic recognition of this selection, EPIC Berhad Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili, took the stage for the Letter of Intent exchange with MPRC President and Chief Executive Officer, Encik Mohd Yazid Ja’afar, witnessed by Malaysia’s Minister of Economy, YB Dato’ Seri Mohd Rafizi Ramli, who also officiated the launch of the National OGSE Industry Blueprint 2021-2030 Mid-Term Review. Also in attendance were the Ministry of Economy Secretary-General, YBhg. Dato' Nor Azmie Diron, MPRC Chairman, YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Ahmad Suhaili Idrus and PETRONAS Senior Vice President, YBhg. Datuk Ir. Hj. Bacho Pilong.
