A workplace culture founded on best practices such as strategic collaboration between employers and employees, compliance with labour laws, and fostering a conducive and harmonious work environment has long been the foundation of human capital management at EPIC Berhad. This continued commitment has earned the Group a place among the top seven companies under the large company category for the “Anugerah Syarikat Harmoni 2025”.

The achievement follows EPIC Berhad’s participation in the “Pertandingan Syarikat Harmoni 2025”, an inaugural initiative organised by the Department of Industrial Relations Malaysia (JPPM) under the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA). The competition was held in conjunction with the National Industrial Harmony Tripartite Event 2025 (IRNITE 2025). Themed “Mencorak Keharmonian Perusahaan Masa Hadapan”, a total of 102 companies from various industry sectors participated, with only 21 shortlisted for the final stage.

Representing EPIC Berhad at the official award ceremony held at Impiana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, was General Manager of Human Resources, Integrity and Governance Unit (IGU), and Administration Haji Mohd Sukeri Muhammad. The award was presented by Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources, YBhg. Datuk Azman bin Mohd Yusof, on behalf of Minister of Human Resources, YB Tuan Sim Chee Keong.
