“TIG HR Explorers 2026”, an exclusive off-site initiative, was recently held to strengthen professional growth and collaboration among Human Resource practitioners across companies under the Terengganu Inc Group.

Themed “Engage, Explore, Enjoy”, the programme brought together 60 HR professionals from various roles. Activities began at Wisma TI, Kuala Terengganu, and concluded at the Darul Iman Training Centre (DITC), Teluk Kalong, Kemaman. The official send-off was officiated by Terengganu Inc President and Group Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Dato’ Haji Burhanuddin Hilmi Mohamed @ Harun.

The following day, EPIC Berhad hosted “TIG HR Meeting No. 1/2026” at its recently launched Auditorium EPIC. Chaired by Terengganu Inc Head of Group Human Capital, Puan Maznah Ibrahim, the meeting focused on current HR management priorities while reinforcing understanding of roles and functions across subsidiaries. On top of that, the session also featured knowledge and experience sharing among the attendees, followed by presentations by Human Resources, Integrity, and Administration General Manager, Haji Mohd Sukeri Muhammad, together with senior managers and managers, focusing on the Group’s human capital direction, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Initiatives such as these are hoped to strengthen inter-company collaboration, drive talent development, and build organisational capability in a sustainable and impactful way.
