EPIC Berhad today hosted the first session of “EPIC Group Townhall 2026” at its operational premises in Teluk Kalong, Kemaman. The programme brought together all employees, both physically and virtually, serving as a platform to reflect on the Group’s achievements over the past year while setting the tone for its direction and priorities in the period ahead.

During the event, awards were presented under the 2025 Cost Optimisation Programme, recognising the commitment and collective efforts of employees in driving more efficient and prudent financial management across the organisation. On top of that, several individuals were honoured with the 2025 Employee Excellence Award, in recognition of their exemplary performance and dedication in fulfilling their respective roles.

The programme also marked the launch of EPIC i-HSSE, the Group’s digital HSSE system introduced by the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Department as part of EPIC Berhad’s broader digital transformation journey. This system is expected to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen compliance with operational standards, and further reinforce the Group’s commitment to fostering a safer working environment.
