EPIC Berhad yesterday hosted a visit from Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC) at its operational facility in Teluk Kalong, Kemaman. The delegation, led by MPRC Senior Manager, Encik Mohd Azad Mohd Azzam, was received by EPIC Berhad Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the company’s latest developments, particularly EPIC Berhad’s participation in MPRC’s Regional Champions Programme. It also served as a platform to exchange perspectives on current industry trends and the growth landscape of the oil and gas services and equipment (OGSE) sector.

In a separate session, EPIC Berhad also welcomed a delegation from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), led by Prof. Dr. Md. Raisuddin Khan from the Department of Mechatronics Engineering. Discussions focused on strengthening education and skills development efforts in line with the need to nurture talent relevant to the oil and gas industry.

These engagements reflect EPIC Berhad’s continued commitment to strengthening strategic relationships with industry players and academic institutions, while supporting capability development and more sustainable industry growth.
