EPIC Berhad Board of Directors Special Meeting (M4/2025) was held today at the Seri Iman Official Residence, Kuala Terengganu.

Chaired by Menteri Besar of Terengganu and EPIC Berhad Chairman YAB Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, the meeting was also attended by members of the Board of Directors and the company’s top management, focusing primarily on reviewing and refining EPIC Berhad’s Strategic Business Plan and Budget for 2025–2030.

Discussions centred on the group’s current performance and its strategic direction for the next five years, with emphasis on strengthening competitiveness, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring business sustainability across the Group.
