EPIC Berhad yesterday held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), chaired by its Director, YB Datuk Haji Ahmad Amzad Mohamed @ Hashim, on behalf of Chairman, YAB Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar.

All resolutions tabled were approved by the shareholders present, underscoring strong confidence in the Group’s leadership and strategic direction.

As a State Government–Linked Company, EPIC Berhad remains focused on strengthening its position in the energy industry while driving sustainable socio-economic growth for the state of Terengganu.
