EPIC Berhad, together with its subsidiary Pangkalan Bekalan Kemaman Sdn Bhd (PBKSB), recently conducted a working visit the DHL Penang Logistics Hub in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.

The visit follows the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between EPIC Berhad and Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM) during the East Coast Energy 2025 (ECE2025) event. The MoU marks a strategic collaboration to strengthen warehouse management capabilities at the Kemaman Supply Base (KSB) through the implementation of a Centralised Warehouse Solution aimed at elevating operational efficiency, standardisation, and integrated logistics performance.

Spearheading the delegation was Group Chief Executive Officer of EPIC Berhad, Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili, together with the Group’s senior leadership. During the engagement, the team received in-depth exposure to DHL’s advanced logistics operations, including automation technologies, warehouse optimisation practices, and global standards in supply chain management.

The visit provided valuable insights into high-performance logistics models and opened opportunities for potential strategic collaboration with DHL. This initiative aligns with EPIC Berhad’s long-term commitment to strengthening the operational capabilities of KSB, and PBKSB as a whole, while enhancing service value for industry partners.
