EPIC Berhad recently hosted an engagement session with Poratha Corporation Sdn Bhd during a visit to the Group’s Corporate Office in Kuala Terengganu. Poratha Corporation Sdn Bhd is an integrated engineering service provider involved in engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC), as well as maintenance services for the oil and gas and energy industries.

The session brought together representatives from both organisations; Poratha Corporation Sdn Bhd Founder, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Naresh Nair, and EPIC Berhad Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili. Senior management representatives from both parties were also in attendance.

Discussions centred on current industry challenges and operational needs, particularly in relation to facility maintenance, technical capabilities, and more sustainable approaches in supporting oil and gas and energy sector operations. Both parties also explored potential areas of collaboration by leveraging their respective strengths and expertise.
