EPIC Berhad continues its support for the Terengganu Hockey Team (THT) as they take on the challenges of the 2024 season in the Malaysia Hockey League (LHM). The sponsorship of RM25,000 by the company will not only provide a financial boost but also contribute to the team's preparation, fortifying the skills and morale of its players in conjunction with the league, which commenced earlier this February.

The sponsorship handover session was completed by EPIC Group Chief Operating Officer Haji Muhtar Suhaili to Terengganu Hockey Association (PHT) President Encik Mohd Fikri Harun, in the presence of Kemasik ADUN and PHT Patron YB Ir. Saiful Azmi Suhaili and EPIC Group Chief Financial Officer Encik Wan Mohd Azilah Wan Abdullah in a ceremony held at the EPIC Berhad Corporate Office in Kuala Terengganu.

Also present were EPIC Group Corporate Communication and Security General Manager Encik Rusdi Ngah, EPIC Group Human Resources and Administration General Manager Haji Mohd Sukeri Muhammad, Eastern Pacific Marine Services Sdn Bhd (EPMSSB) and Sukma Samudra Sdn Bhd (SSSB) Head of Company as well as Yang Dipertua Kelab Sukan, Kebajikan Dan Rekreasi Kumpulan EPIC (Kelab EPIC) Captain Mohd Kamarul Mamat, alongside PHT representatives.

In its sponsorship initiatives for the 2024 season, including its support for entities like the Terengganu Cycling Team (TSG), Terengganu Football Club (TFC), and Kemaman Rugby Association (Kemaman Rugby), EPIC Berhad is dedicated to fostering positive impacts for all stakeholders involved. On top of that, the company also aspires to capitalise on promotional opportunities within the sports tourism sector, strategically attracting a broader base of potential investors to ensure enduring business growth.
