EPIC Berhad concluded its "EPIC Corporate Leadership Program 2023" (ECLP) which took place the Swiss-Garden Beach Resort, Kuantan. This leadership and organisational culture transformational programme was attended by its top management line-up - the Group Management Committee, General Managers and Senior Manager of EPIC Berhad and its eight business counterparts.
The two-day event consisted of various agenda and activities aimed at developing leadership styles, revitalising the company's vision, and emphasising strategies to enhance the Group's performance and increase investment opportunities, particularly across its operations. A few interesting mentions included a sharing session by MIMOS Director Encik Norhizam Abdul Kadir and a forum moderated by EPIC Group Chief Operating Officer Haji Muhtar Suhaili, featuring three key figures namely East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Baidzawi Che Mat, Unit Perancangan Ekonomi Negeri (UPEN) Terengganu General Manager Encik Mohd Adzhar Mohd Zahari, and Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) Director Puan Nurul Amalina Ahmad Kasim.
