EPIC Berhad successfully concluded the “EPIC Master Plan 2026–2030 Away Day” (EMP 2630). Held over three days at Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, the programme brought together the Group’s management team to align on strategic priorities and direction for the next five years.

The programme began with a sharing session titled “BE FACT: Transforming Self, Team & Organisation”, moderated by Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili with guest speaker, YBhg. Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar. This was then followed by a second forum titled “Shaping the Growing Future for Malaysia & Terengganu”, moderated by Group Chief Financial Officer Encik Wan Mohd Azilah Wan Abdullah.

The panel included distinguished speakers including East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) Chief Operating Officer, YBhg. Dato’ Ragu Sampasivam; Terengganu Strategic & Integrity Institute (TSIS) Chief Executive Officer, Associate Prof. Dr. Mohd Hanif Yaacob; Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) Strategic Planning & Policy Advocacy (Manufacturing) Director, Puan Yusni Md. Yusop; as well as Terengganu Inc Corporate Strategy and Planning Vice President, Encik Khairul Nizam Khalid Mirza Vice President.

On the second day, participants took part in focused sessions involving business plan presentations and budget alignment. These discussions allowed teams to evaluate opportunities, address potential challenges, and ensure the Group’s readiness in navigating a competitive industry landscape.

To conclude the programme, EPIC Berhad Director YB Datuk Haji Ahmad Amzad Mohamed @ Hashim and Terengganu Inc President and Group Chief Executive Officer YBhg. Dato’ Haji Burhanuddin Hilmi Mohamed @ Harun delivered a keynote address, offering words of encouragement to the team. The session culminated with the official presentation of the 5-Year EPIC Master Plan 2030 to the Group’s Board of Directors and management line-up.
