EPIC Berhad successfully concluded the “EPIC KPI 2025 Leadership Alignment Session (EKLAS),” a focused four-day retreat held to align leadership with the organisation's strategic goals and priorities for the coming year. Led by GCEO Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili and GCFO Encik Wan Mohd Azilah Wan Abdullah, the session brought together key decision-makers across the Group to foster collaboration, strengthen organisational agility, and reaffirm a collective commitment to performance excellence.

During the session, our leaders reflected on current achievements, identified growth opportunities, and established a clear roadmap for achieving the Group’s 2025 key performance indicators with a strong emphasis on synchronising efforts across all levels of the organisation to drive sustainable growth. Beyond strategy-setting, the retreat also served as a catalyst for cultivating a high-performance culture, positioning the Group to seize emerging opportunities and deliver exceptional value.
