EPIC BERHAD CONCLUDES 45TH AGM WITH RECORD FY2025 REVENUE AND STRONGER OUTLOOK FOR FY2025
29 Jun 2026

EPIC Berhad today convened its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM), chaired by its Director, YB Datuk Haji Ahmad Amzad Mohamed @ Hashim, representing Terengganu Menteri Besar and EPIC Berhad Chairman, YAB Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar.

At the AGM, EPIC Berhad presented its audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025), which reflected a stronger performance despite a challenging operating environment. The Group continued to demonstrate resilience, supported by its diversified business portfolio and ongoing operational improvements. For FY2025, EPIC Berhad recorded revenue of RM411.9 million, an increase of RM8.1 million from the previous year.

This represents a continuation of the Group’s growth trajectory since 2022 and marks its highest revenue to date. The growth was primarily driven by several key factors, including the acquisition of Rahar Niaga Sdn Bhd (RNSB) as well as contributions from the newly secured Pan Malaysia Maintenance, Commissioning and Modification (MCM) and Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) contract. Higher offshore rig arrivals and increased cargo volumes also supported the Group’s performance during the year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose to RM36.9 million, compared to RM28.4 million in the previous year, driven by the Group’s agility, operational efficiency, and sustainable business fundamentals.

Profit After Tax (PAT), on the other hand, increased to RM20.6 million, versus RM16.6 million in the previous financial year, demonstrating the Group's continued ability to deliver sustainable earnings growth despite prevailing industry headwinds.

Looking ahead, EPIC Berhad remains optimistic about its growth trajectory. For the financial year ending 31 December 2026 (FY2026), the Group has set a revenue target of RM441.3 million, a 7% increase over FY2025. The FY2026 outlook will be underpinned by continued growth across its core businesses, ongoing operational improvements, and the disciplined execution of initiatives outlined in the EPIC Business Strategic Plan 2025–2030 (EPIC BEST 2530).

As EPIC Berhad continues to grow its revenue base and strengthen its service offerings, the Group remains well-positioned to deliver sustainable growth while creating long-term value for its stakeholders.
