The Malaysian Oil, Gas and Energy Services Council (MOGSC) paid a courtesy visit to Encik Mohd Abshar Mohd Nor, the newly appointed General Manager of Asset Decommissioning at Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM).

Also present was Dr. Ts. Haji Muhtar Suhaili, Group Chief Executive Officer of EPIC Berhad and a member of the Decommissioning Working Group led by MOGSC.

This session served as an important platform to discuss the industry’s role and strategic direction in strengthening Malaysia’s oil and gas decommissioning ecosystem.
