Floatel Triumph is a semi-submersible accommodation and construction support vessel (floatel) designed for worldwide operation with emphasis on some of the harshest environmental conditions in the world, such as the Northern North Sea.
With 125.8 meters length and and 53.65 meters width - this vessel is designed to meet the most demanding regulatory requirements and is equipped with the latest Kongsberg Dynamic Positioning System, certified to DP3 class.
Floatel Triumph able to accommodate 500 people and is a working accommodation equipped with telescopic gangway for client personnel to transfer between the floatel and the host installation, a helideck, two deck cranes, a large lay-down area as well as workshops and warehouses to support the client’s logistics, construction, and storage activities. The vessel is also equipped with large recreational areas, mess and day rooms, gymnasium, internet café and cinema.
This vessel was safely berthed at West Wharf (WW) at the Port of Kemaman in Terengganu which is owned by Sukma Samudra Sdn. Bhd. (SSSB), a wholly own company by Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Berhad (EPIC) for check and maintenance.
West Wharf is strategically located in a sheltered deep-water port to serve Far East trade routes and it boasts a length of 510 metres and a depth of 18 metres, with a maximum draught of 16.4 metres and a maximum DWT of 150,000 metric tonnes which makes this wharf is a strategic and perfect location for the berthing of Floatel Triump or other rigs for repair and maintenance services. During her stay at West Wharf, Eastern Pacific Marine Services Sdn. Bhd. (EPMS), also a wholly own company by Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Berhad (EPIC) as a dedicated company in rig business, provided a full support and services in preparation for next drilling campaign such as in UWILD activities, maintenance and fabrication, hull repair and etc. EPMS is highly growth-oriented and has its eyes set on be the best services provider for marine repairs for the entire oil and gas value chain in the region.
