JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Possess at least a recognized Degree in Law.
2. Obtaining a Professional Degree in Secretarial or equivalent is an advantage.
3. Familiar with provisions of the Companies Act 2016, Company Secretarial Practice, CCM regulations, and other relevant rules and regulations.
4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills with high degree of commitment, responsibility, emotional intelligence and able to interact with people at all level.
5. A team player, willing to learn, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
6. Possess a good communication and business writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
8. Possess a high degree of professional integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To assist in drafting the agenda and taking minutes for Board Meetings and General Meetings.
2. To assist in preparing Written Resolutions.
3. To assist with any requisition of the Statutory Forms and Secretarial related documents.
4. To assist in ensuring the filling system and records within the Legal & Secretarial Division are well managed and in order.
5. To assist in drafting and reviewing the various types of contracts and other legal documents for the Group.
6. To assist in identifying legal risks, regulatory and compliance issues within the Group.
7. To assist in legal research and other duties assigned from time to time.
