In reaffirming its commitment to upholding integrity, governance, and high transparency in all its operations, EPIC Berhad’s Integrity and Governance Unit (IGU) organised a tea talk and dialogue session with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) following a workshop session with its managers and senior managers earlier during the day. This session involved EPIC Group Management Committee and General Managers. 

The primary objective of the session was to foster a culture of integrity and accountability in the fight against corruption within the workplace. The talk, titled "Kesedaran Dan Tanggungjawab Pengurusan Dalam Memastikan Organisasi Berintegriti Dan Bebas Rasuah," centred around crucial topics including the significance of integrity, various forms of corruption, the abuse of power, and actionable preventative measures. The session also shed light on the detrimental impacts of false statements on an organisation.

This tea talk and dialogue session served as a platform for in-depth discussions, encouraging participants to actively engage and exchange their perspectives. The Group Management Committee and General Managers shared valuable insights, seeking clarification on operational matters and demonstrating their commitment to keeping EPIC a corruption-free workplace.

By organising this session, EPIC Berhad showcased its dedication to fostering a culture of integrity and transparency throughout the organisation. Participants gained valuable insights and practical strategies to effectively combat corruption and lead by example. 

Moving forward, the Group will leverage the outcomes of this session to strengthen organisational integrity.
