ABOUT US
OUR COMMITMENT TO HSEQ

At EPIC, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) is an integral parts of managing our business. Since 2006, we have assured our commitment through our Corporate HSEQ Policy, signed by the CEO, cascaded down to all our business units and communicated to all our personnels.

To implement this Policy firmly, we have established the HSEQ Organization Chart where the Corporate HSEQ Department will streamline and monitor HSE practices at recognize business units. All subsidiaries also have their own HSEQ units to accommodate for day to day HSEQ requirements at work.

Since 1999, we have our business units certified with various internationally recognized certification such as ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001: Environment Management System, and OHSAS 18001: Occupational Health and Safety Management System (which is in the process of upgrading to ISO 45001).

In 2018, our management recognized the need for a significant transformation from the existing HSE management and culture which was then translated as one of our 2018 White Paper’s resolution, ‘SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND SAFETY PERFORMANCE’. Since then, this resolution has become our guiding principle and HSE are thoroughly incorporated in every aspect of works and every level of employees.

To ensure successful implementation of the HSE Policy across our organization, we have been striving to prepare and execute various plans based on our HSE Management System (HSEMS) through the use of the PDCA methodology. The focus of our effort includes:
