This program is a series of tablet tours distributions to 32 state DUN around the state of Terengganu. Total of 1,600 students, specifically to school children throughout the state of Terengganu where each DUN will receive the tablet. EPIC Berhad, in collaboration with Terengganu Incorporated's subsidiary companies, Syarikat Air Terengganu Sdn Bhd (SATU), Ladang Rakyat Terengganu Sdn Bhd, and Terengganu Incorporated, has launched a social responsibility scheme called Education for All, or "Pendidikan Untuk Semua," as a commitment to BERKAT 2.0 initiative that has been launched by the State Government.

On the 4th of February 2021, the Menteri Besar of Terengganu, Yang Amat Berhormat Dato 'Seri Dr. Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, unveiled the BERKAT 2.0 programmed at Wisma Darul Iman to support the impacted groups during Phase 2 of the Movement Control Order (PKP). A tablet donation of 1,600 units to underprivileged students in the B40 category is one of the BERKAT 2.0 initiatives.
