The Kuala Terengganu Parliamentary Office with Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Berhad (EPIC) has taken the initiative to help residents in DUN Tepoh who have been cut off from their water supply since last week. Contributions were presented by Yang Berhormat Datuk Haji Ahmad Amzad Hashim, Deputy Minister of Science, Technology & Innovation representing EPIC Group as a Board Member & Chairman of Syarikat Sukma Samudra Sdn Bhd (SSSB). The contributions were handed over to Yang Berhormat Ustaz Haji Hishamuddin Abdul Karim, the Tepoh Assemblyman for the use of the local residents to ease the burden due to water shortages. The contributions under EPIC Berhad's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are distributed to express the EPIC Group's concern over the problems faced by the affected residents with this raw water supply, and we hope that the efforts of Syarikat Air Terengganu (SATU) to refurbish the pipeline at the bottom of Sungai Terengganu will run smoothly.
