Sludge Quantification
NES has a unique system for sludge quantification, which replaces the inaccurate manual dipping method. The Sludge Profiler for Oil Tanks (SPOT) system is based on sonar and can accurately locate, map and quantify the level of sludge in a crude oil tank while it is being serviced.

Sludge Removal
With the emphasis on safety by eliminating or minimizing man entry into confined spaces, NES has a range of hydraulically driven sludge removal equipment. The system incorporates robotic or manually driven hydrodozers and a range of purpose built pumping equipment.
