YM. Dato’ Tengku Mahamad Bin Tengku Mahamut

  • He started his career as a lecturer in the School of Applied Science in MARA Institute of Technology, Malaysia from April 1981 to August 1982.
  • He subsequently moved to Exxon Chemical Company from October 1982 to September 1998 where he held in various technical, sales/marketing and management positions across Exxon Chemical’s Worldwide Operations in Polyolefins Business i.e. Malaysia, Belgium, Indonesia, Japan and Hong Kong
  • He joined Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) from October 1998 to November 2002 in petrochemicals business segment and served as Head of Industrial and Specialty Chemicals, MD/CEO of Vinyl Chloride (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, MD/CEO of Aromatics Malaysia Sdn Bhd and MD/CEO of PETRONAS Methanol Labuan Sdn Bhd.
  • He was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Optimal Group of Companies from November 2002 to December 2005.
  • He served as Chief Executive Officer from December 2005 to June 2010 in Optimal Group of Companies.
  • He served as President/Chief Executive Officer of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad from June 2010 until April 2011.
Y.Bhg. Dato’ Haji Mohamed Bin Awang Tera

  • He served on the Board of EPIC as Chairman from 9 April 2004 to 4 September 2008 prior to his recent (re)-appointment from since 9 April 2004.
  • He served as Terengganu State Assemblyman since March 2004 and was appointed to the Terengganu State Executive Council (EXCO) as Chairman for Rural, Entrepreneur and Co-operative Development Committee since 9 April 2008.
  • He served as The Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Officer, General Manager for Kuantan Port Authority and subsequently the Managing Director of the Kuantan Port Consortium Sdn Bhd.
  • Previously a Director for Pangkalan Bekalan Kemaman Sdn Bhd (2004-2008), Konsortium Pelabuhan Kemaman Sdn Bhd (2006-2008) and Mushtari Engineering & Trading Sdn Bhd (2007-2008), and Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu (2006-2012).
Y.Bhg. En. Noor Fadzil Bin Mohamed Nor

  • He joined Petronas Dagangan as a Manager from April 1992 to March 1994 and
  • Subsequently moved to Rotary Engineering – SUNCO Japan at the Ethylene Plant Project in Kerteh.
  • He was appointed as Assistant, and subsequently Branch Manager at Rotary MEC (M) Sdn Bhd.
  • He was appointed as a Consultant in Nekad Development Engineering Sdn Bhd.
  • In 2012 he joined FABER Facilities Management Sdn Bhd (FABER Group UEM) as a Business Development Consultant in Oil & Gas.
  • Later, he was appointed as Head of Oil & Gas at FABER Facilities Management Sdn Bhd.
  • He has extensive experience in project management re-visioning, costing and executing projects from conception & inception to launch monitoring and evaluation, and Project Cycle Management

  • He started his career as an Operations Manager and Managing fleets operation in Malaysian Engineering Oilfield Services Sdn. Bhd (2013)
  • He joined Permata Trans Offshore from 2016 and served as Marine Manager
  • He subsequently moved to Inno Serangkai Group of Companies from 2016 as a Managing Director and holding Directorship for various Companies under Inno Group.
